Prosciutto, Avocado, and Tomato Lettuce Wrap

This Whole30 compliant lunch is something great to put together if you are going on the road and need something quick. I was actually surprised the depth of flavor the wrap had. The saltiness of the prosciutto, the creaminess of the avocado, and the acid of the tomato went really well together.

4 slices prosciutto
1/2 tomato
1/2 avocado
romaine lettuce

Place your prosciutto in a 400 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes. Take out and let cool completely.  Wash and pull your romaine lettuce, in which it naturally makes a "wedge" shape.  Slice your tomato and avocado into. thin slices. Put all of your ingredients into the lettuce, in which you can roll like a burrito or keep like a boat. Either way, it will be delicious and quick.
