Whole-30 Dinner:Roasted Chicken, Sauteed Butternut Squash, Kale and Mushrooms

Day 2 in the books! I had leftover chicken soup from the previous night for lunch and we had this for dinner! It was amazing. Roasted chicken, with sauteed butternut squash and kale(with sliced almonds on top), mushrooms and farm grown squash.  To drink I had a can of LaCroix sparkling lime water, a Whole-30 approved drink.

Enjoyed every meal thus far. Excited to see what is next!
