A New Recipe I Would Like to Try-Sous Vide Duck Breast..Courtesy Chef John



I want to share some recipes that I want to try, and hopefully post results on my blog as well. One has really got my attention, but I have no experience with the protein, or the method.  The protein is duck breast, and the method is a Sous Vide method, that uses regulated hot water. So the thought is, that it slowly and gently cooks the meat to the internal temperature you set. The result should be a very moist and juicy piece of meat.
